The production of the Consortium is carried out in the "4S4" plant - the town of Botevgrad by highly qualified professionals. The latest generations of SMD equipment, supplied by "JUKI" Japan, as well as the optical inspection - "Marantz Business Electronics" contribute to the quality of the production.

The nomenclature of manufactured electronic products includes:

• Electronic electricity meters - single-phase, three-phase and electricity meters for prepaid electricity;
• Information systems for remote reading and management of energy consumption, using unique and patented PLC technology;
• Electronic cash registers with fiscal memory; fiscal printers and printer mechanisms; POS terminals and systems; electronic scales, fiscal devices for embedding in self-service devices;
• Digital tachographs
• Full color and monochrome plasma screens and information display boards;
• Light-emitting diode (LED) full-color screens and boards, "treadmill" type displays;
• Power modules and other electronic products;
• Luminaires with various applications: domestic, office, street, park, garden, industrial and others;

In 2006 is founded 4S4 TRADE Ltd. as part of 4S4 Electronics Group with headquarter in Sofia, Bulgaria and production plant in Botevgrad, Bulgaria, equipped with modern technologies, SMD lines and automated optical control system. The Headquarters of the Holding is located in Sofia, in its own building. It is the base where development and design of the products is taking place as well as the administrative activities, commercial departments and service area.

Manufacturing is done at the purpose-built facility “4S4” Plant in Botevgrad, town with its own traditions in microelectronics (located 50 km north-east from the capital Sofia) where highly qualified professionals work.

Production quality is guaranteed by the last generation SMD equipment, delivered by “JUKI” Japan, as well as the optical inspection by “Marantz Business Electronics”.
